Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations, LLC., has been located on-site at The Resort for over fifteen years now. We manage and sell condominiums at the Myrtle Beach Resort exclusively. In addition to real estate services, we attempt to stay actively involved and abreast of the day to day activities of the management so that we might keep our homeowners equally informed. Each year we evaluate our inventory to determine how many and which type of units can be added to our program to the benefit of our company and you, the owner. There is no point in handling more units (or the wrong kind) than you can effectively manage and rent. We are pleased to report that comments from owners represented by other firms would indicate that Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations, LLC continues to produce the highest occupancies for homeowners on our program.
