Owner Use of Condos
- Owner Use of Condo - We respect the right of every owner to use his or her condo as frequently as desired. You can make your own reservation online and receive a confirmation at time of booking. Or our reservation staff can make the reservation for you for a $30.00 processing fee.
- Condo Preparations - In order to appreciate our policies as they relate to owner use, you must understand our guidelines for renting condos. Beginning April 1 and continuing through Labor Day, all condos are "prepared" with linen & towels after each departure. This is done so that every condo can be rented at a moments notice. After Labor Day, when demand is greatly diminished, condos are left without linen so that the potential guest may save money by bringing their own. (As condo rates lessen, the linen rental becomes proportionately greater.) Therefore, if you chose to use your condo "in-season", it will be made up and charged accordingly.
- Prevailing Rates - Linen rental includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, washcloths and bath mats. Owners are charged the "at cost" rate of $25.00 for rental linens with no additional mark-up. Guests and owner guests pay $54.00 plus tax for linen rental. Departure maid service is mandatory on all reservations regardless of type. Departure maid service on owner stays is attractively discounted by $25.00 off the standard guest rate. Guests and owner guests pay $55 for a 1-bedroom, $65 for a 2-bedroom and $75 for a 3-bedroom unit.
- Off-Season Use - Labor Day until Apri 1
Personal Use - Departure cleaning is required at the prevailing rate.
Non-Personal Use - If you reserve your condo for your friends or relatives, use of linen is optional "off season." Departure cleaning is required at the prevailing rate. |
- In-Season Use – April 1 until Labor Day
Personal Use - If an owner reserves his condo for his own personal use, linens and towels will be optional and if selected, provided at the discounted rate during the season. A departure clean will be charged at the discounted rate.
Non-Personal Use - Owners may continue to provide their condo for use by others. Simply call our Reservations Department and set it aside or reserve it through the web site. There is a $30 fee for reservations made by our office. Online reservations have no fee. Fees for others' use are as follows: processing fee, linen fee, linen tax and departure cleaning are charged at prevailing rates, which are payable in advance to secure the reservation. If you have chosen the keyless entry lock, guests will be given a code for the keyless entry and can proceed directly to the condo. |
