Homeowner Use of Condos
- Homeowner Use of Condo – We respect the right of every homeowner to use his unit as frequently as he wishes. We handle homeowner reservations exactly the same way we handle guest reservations. You can make your own online and the confirmation will be available at the time of reservation. Or we can make it for you and there will be a $30 processing fee.
- Condo Preparations – In order to appreciate our policies as they relate to homeowner use, you must understand our guidelines for renting condos. Beginning on April 1 and continuing through Labor Day, all condos are "made up" with linen and towels after each departure. This is done so that every condo can be rented at a moments notice. After Labor Day, when the demand is greatly diminished, the condos are left without linen so that the potential guest may save money by providing their own. (As condo rates lessen, the linen rental becomes proportionately greater.) Therefore, if you chose to use your condo "in-season", it will be made up.
- Prevailing Rates – Our "linen rental" includes sheets, pillowcases, towels, washcloths, bath mats and kitchen towels. Departure cleaning is $50 for a 1-bedroom, $60 for a 2-bedroom and $70 for a 3-bedroom unit. These charges are the responsibility of the occupant.
- Off-Season Use - Labor Day until Apri 1
Personal Use - Departure cleaning is required at the prevailing rate.
Non-Personal Use - If you reserve your unit for your friends or relatives, use of linen is optional "off season." Departure cleaning is required at the prevailing rate. |
- In-Season Use – April 1 until Labor Day
Personal Use - If an owner reserves his unit for his own personal use, linens and towels will be provided at no charge by our company during the season. A departure clean will be charged at the prevailing rate.
Non-Personal Use - Owners may continue to provide their condo for use by others. Simply call our Reservations Department and set it aside or reserve it through the web site. There is a $30 fee for reservations made by our office. Online reservations have no fee. Fees for others' use are as follows: processing fee, linen fee, linen tax and departure cleaning are charged at prevailing rates, which are payable in advance to secure the reservation. If you have chosen the keyless entry lock, guests will be given a code for the keyless entry and can proceed directly to the condo. |
