Complete maintenance service on an "as needed" basis; including heating and air conditioning, appliances, plumbing, and electrical problems, and miscellaneous maintenance services.

Housekeeping Services
Daily or departure maid service, including linen rental, available to owners and guests; as well as annual, spring and fall "deep" cleaning.

Carpet & Furniture Cleaning
Shampoo or steam cleaning and scotch guarding at the request of the owners.

Carpets and furniture, painting and wallpapering, house wares and appliances, etc. Prices furnished upon request of the homeowner.
