  4. Hospitality is our Business - We are smart enough to recognize that if we do not make our owners happy, someone else will. Our background is management evolving into real estate. We enjoy the vacation business and recognize the effort that must be set forth to please our vacationers and turn them into repeat visitors. Homeowners provide our inventory.   5. Exclusivity at the Myrtle Beach Resort – We have all our eggs in your basket. We only deal with condominiums at your Resort.

  6. Cleaning and Maintenance – Our staff is here at the Resort. Should a problem occur, our people are available to take care of it immediately.

  7. Made Up Units – When our guests arrive, they find their beds made up and their towels neatly hung in their proper places.
